Adding Content To PPRS

Adding graphics

This is for adding graphics, whether they are glitter graphics, contact tables, etc.

Step 1: Connect to your website with your preferred FTP program. Open the graphics folder and then open whatever subfolder you would like to add to. We'll use contact tables in this example.

Step 2: Simply upload your new contact table graphics into one of the existing folders that are already filled with graphics. These are the folders numbered 1-11. (Then the graphics will show up on your site automatically. For example, if you uploaded to folder 1, then the graphics will be included on page 1.)

If you are only adding a few graphics, that is the best approach. But if you are adding a lot of graphics, follow the advanced instructions below.

Step 3: Create a new folder. You can name it "12" to make things easy.

Step 4: Place your new graphics in this folder and upload it to your site. (So it is in the same place as folders 1-11.)

Step 5: Make a copy of page11.php and rename the copy page12.php.

Step 6: Open page12.php so we can edit it.

On line 2, change Contact Tables > Page 11 to Contact Tables > Page 12.

Around line 12, change $path = "11"; to $path = "12";.

Then around lines 29 and 30, you'll need to change both instances of http://www.profileprincess.com/graphics/contact/11/$file\ to http://www.profileprincess.com/graphics/contact/12/$file\.

Step 7: Then be sure to add a link to the new page from the index.php and everything should be set!

Adding layouts

Adding the graphics for layouts is similar to adding other graphics, but you will have to manually edit the layout pages to add the layout codes.

Step 1: Connect to your website with your preferred FTP program. Open the graphics folder and then open the layouts folder.

Step 2: Upload any necessary graphics into this folder.

Step 3: Now you have to manually edit the index.php file and maybe add more files.

If I was adding layouts, I would add a page2.php file by copying, pasting, and renaming index.php.

Then you would use the same page structure, but paste your new layout codes into the "textarea" boxes.
